Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Work with ATG’s Recruitment Lead and recruiting team to build and establish recruiting against the business workforce plan for ATG’s current business departments (Delivery Implementation, Advisory & Transformation, Sales, Strategy, and Operations).
  • Communication: Build advisory relationships with hiring managers to properly understand recruiting needs while updating respective teams and candidates on pipeline status
  • Knowledge: Possesses a sound working knowledge of sourcing best practices, and managing candidate experience ensuring pre-qualified talented and diverse candidates are submitted.

Key Experience:

  • Demonstrates success and experience in the following areas:
  • Mid-level TA: Proven experience of full cycle corporate and technical recruiting experience; strong customer service and consultative skills
  • Senior level TA: Proven experience and expert knowledge of direct candidate sourcing, full cycle corporate and technical recruiting experience
  • Possesses the ability to work independently and in teams with a thorough knowledge and understanding of various operating systems and relevant sourcing tools (LinkedIn, social media platforms, Boolean searches) and ATS systems (Taleo)

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

  • Exemplifies a high degree of personal integrity and interpersonal skills and abilities
  • Has a fundamental understanding of business practices and basic knowledge of information management systems, with the drive and ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to prioritize and succeed in a highly ambiguous environment with competing demands
  • Sets priorities, goals, and timetables to manage time efficiently and achieve maximum productivity
  • Proves a willingness to commit the additional time and effort necessary during period of heavy workload in order to meet project milestones and deadlines
  • Communicates with clarity and impact, understanding how the message has been received
  • Experience developing recommendations, implementing solutions and designing creative recruiting strategies with recruiting team
  • Exhibits high energy and drive, brings enthusiasm and the ability to engage with people at multiple levels on projects and meetings
  • Is firm and decisive, willing to make unpopular decisions when necessary
  • Experience with campus and internship recruitment
  • You have experience negotiating and managing complex offers that may include relocation, equity, and other non-standard compensation components

Education:

  • 4-year degree or business field of study preferred
  • Knowledge of ATG relevant technologies a plus (Salesforce.com, GoTransverse, Spring CM, Congo, Apttus, Xactly, Callidus)
  • Minimum of 4 years technical and corporate recruiting experience required or proven related experience

Location and Travel:

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% (subject to change at any time based off project demands)
