Program Evaluator with Master of Public Health Degree

Work you’ll do As a Senior Consultant in the Human Capital Organization Transformation Group you will Develop evaluation plans for large, multi-site, multi-year federal, state, or international programs Develop data collection tools, including surveys, interview and focus group guides, case studies, etc. Design mixed-methods evaluations, using various evaluation approaches Coordinate and conduct field-based data collection across different settings, including interviews, focus group discussions, and observations Designing, implement, and manage survey research, including analysis of survey data Develop, operationalize, and analyze performance measures and develop summary reports highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations Use data visualization to present evaluation findings and recommendations in a concise manner and facilitate use of findings for decision-making Provide technical input, guidance, and oversight to project teams Facilitate meetings with clients and other stakeholders Travel up to 50 while up to 50 travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice The team The Organization Transformation practice is about transforming the organization (and the benefits providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This involves helping our clients move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions, re-designing the organization structure, and will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation. To enable our success, it will be critical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together. Qualifications Required Completed Master’s degree in Public Health or a related discipline Minimum 4years of professional experience in health services research and evaluation methods Experience in designing and conducting multi-site and prospective evaluation studies Demonstrated experience in developing, operationalizing, and analyzing performance measures for grant programs Prior experience providing evaluation capacity-building to government as well as community-based program teams Experience facilitating development of program logic models Travel up to 50 while up to 50 travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice Preferred Prior management consulting experience Prior work experience with federal public health agencies Broader human capital experience, such as change management and organization strategy Client management and meeting facilitation skills Demonstrated ability to write successful technical proposals and manage the proposal development process How you’ll grow At Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
