Help Desk Support Technician


This is a Full-time position in Atlanta, GA posted March 23, 2021.

I am recruiting right now for a Healthcare company looking for Help Desk Support employees. This is a remote – work from home – opportunity. Contact me directly if interested. Pay is DOE.
Below are the requirements:
Candidate can be anywhere in US
Candidate should be 18 years or older
Candidate should hold High School Diploma, or equivalent
Candidate Should be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
Have at least six months of customer service experience
Preferably, have previous Contact Center and/or work from home experience
Have strong computer knowledge, including ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm; familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology is preferred
Candidate should be able to work independently with discipline and motivation to succeed in a virtual environment
Candidate should have excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Candidate should be courteous and friendly with high degree of professionalism
Thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Job Requirements:

  • Provide support in troubleshooting desktop software/hardware problems for end users
  • Resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Procuring computer hardware and software
  • Provide help desk support for hardware problems to manufacturing users
  • Resolve hardware and software problems
  • Resolving software and hardware problems
  • Provide end-user hardware and/or software support
  • Providing technical assistance to end users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues on computer systems
  • Resolve end-user hardware/software problems to the end users satisfaction
  • Resolving hardware and software customer issues
  • Help resolve any hardware or software problems
  • Provide end-user software troubleshooting and support
  • Installing and troubleshooting hardware and software
  • Provide end-user support to computer users
  • Troubleshoot hardware and network connectivity issues
  • Provide assistance and support to end-user software and hardware troubleshooting
  • Installing hardware and software systems
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve users’ hardware and software issues
  • Upgrade software on end user computer
