nnThe Customer Service Manager, Americas ensures that the Customer Service Department runs smoothly and efficiently ensuring the teams are performing to the best of their abilities and fully utilizing the SAP system.
The role requires an expert knowledge of the workings of a CS Department and the ERP system to ensure queries and issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently.
They are also responsible for the measures (Complaints and OTIF) for the department and keeping within designated targets.
Process adherence and development is critical in this role.
They are the link between Planning, Commercial, the Customer Service Team and the customers of Italmatch USA.
nn nn n nn nnProcess implementation and sharing best practice is a focus as is taking part in and reporting progress on KPI’s in regular Global customer service and regional supply chain team calls.
The role and the CS team also leads day to day interaction with transportation, tolling and warehouse third parties in relation to customer order and managing the inbound supply chain to customers.nn
