Job Details:

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to be part of our Customer Service Team.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will answer and resolve any questions or issues in a professional, expeditious manner while maintaining a positive, courteous approach to internal and external customers.

Salary range: $39000
– $49000 per year.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services.

Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled.

Handle customer complaints or concerns.

Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately.

Perform general administrative tasks, such and copying and filing.

Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management.

Qualifications

High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.

Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

Comfortable using computers.

Experience working with customer support.
