Ripple is looking for a Client Services Coordinator.

You should have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience, possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and superb communication skills.

Previous MSP experience or experience with products like ConnectWise, Quoter, and Hubspot is a plus.n nHere’s the mission of the job and what you can expect.

Utilize procurement tools to manage the quote process and other administrative activities including invoicing, order entry, receiving, and review of vendor invoices.

Assist with researching and evaluating new and current vendors to determine suitability of products, contract/pricing negotiations, and replace poor-performing vendors.

Maintain internal inventory of supplies and equipment.

Resolve daily issues including invoice discrepancies, replacement for rejected materials, and missed/late deliveries.

Maintain phone coverage and work with other Support Staff to coordinate availability.

Work with Account Management to schedule and attend client check-in calls.

Understand and evolve Client Services processes (e.g.

procurement, billing, and non-incident request ticket flow).

Assist with additional office projects and tasks as assigned.

Will be cross-trained in Account Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing.
