What we do

We partner with big 3 consulting firms to design, develop, and maintain complex, heterogeneous, and client facing web-based automation systems that deliver social and welfare benefits to millions of families, nationwide. To develop such highly complex web applications we need professionals with broad range of experience and skills ranging from subject matter experts, computer programmers, project managers, tester, systems analysts and others. We invest in training our employees and retool their expertise to meet our project needs.

Job Title: Call Center Representative

We are seeking a Call Center Representative (multiple job openings) to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Location: (Remote)

Compensation: $12 – $17 per hour

Job Duration: 3 to 6 months

Hours Per Week: 40 +

Responsibilities:

? Handle customer inquiries and complaints

? Provide information to the consumer

? Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

? Document and update customer records based on interactions

? Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

? Positive and professional demeanor

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Ability to prioritize and multitask

Mandatory Requirements:

? High volume Call center experience is a must

? Functional knowledge of MS Word

? Must have functional Computer

? Must have functional Cell Phone

? Must have Internet connection

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Deadline and detail-oriented
