Multifamily Preconstruction Associate

One of our Multifamily clients are in need of a Preconsturction Associate to help support all new developments/projects in their ATL pipeline.

This position would work hand and hand with the Development Team through multiple preconstruction facets including, but not limited to budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and proposals.

High Level Job Details: 

• Preforms takeoffs and surveys for scope of work.
• Overlooks and review bids from varies sub-contractors, suppliers and vendors. 
• Evaluates current material costs and projects timelines for delivery for all materials. 
• Reviews and makes adjustments to orders, as they see fit. 
• Compiles reports for bids and quote, then hands it off to the appropriate department for final review.
• Continually builds and strengthens relationships with important vendors. 
• Supports the team at various stages of each project keeping GMPs and Estimate Roll-Ups under/at budget. 
• Participates in project site inspections. 

Local knowledge is preferred, but not required.

If from out of market, the role would require relocating to the Atlanta market.
