Senior Financial Analyst
Atlanta based company is adding an Senior Financial Analyst to the Finance & Accounting team. The ideal person will have excellent presentation skills, along with experience with inventory. This role reports to an amazing Controller who guides a team of 5 – you would have no direct reports currently, but would be building a team in the near future. Company is on a hybrid schedule, office near the Braves Stadium.

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Controller / Director of Finance to manage the company’s annual budget planning and monthly budget-to-actual review processes.
• Work with the finance team to establish procedures for collection and reporting of multiple lines of revenue including hard goods (licensing and owned), digital and royalty-based.
• Assist the licensing department and others as needed with audit and calculation of royalty reports, ensuring that agreements are followed as outlined.
• Build financial models for decision-making; Evaluates and analyzes financial data, interprets results, and provides recommendations.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in finance or accounting..
• 5-10 years with proven career progression in the finance space.
• Thorough understanding of revenue tracking and analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of financial modeling
• An understanding of ERP systems and their functionality; Experience with Microsoft NAV Dynamics and/or a budgeting and forecasting software similar to Prophix is preferred and Power BI.
