but our greatest investment is in you!The Compliance Analyst will assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of a company-wide Compliance Management System.

This role aids in compliance oversight of all areas of the organization.What you’ll do:Conducts compliance reviews pursuant to the organization’s monitoring and testing needs.Researches regulations by reviewing regulatory bulletins, legal publications and various other sources of information.Assists in the development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, manuals, etc.Keeps departments/lines-of-business informed of regulatory requirements.Assists with compliance training efforts.Advises on compliance requirements as they relate to regulatory developments/changes that impact products and services.Supports the coordination of examinations with regulators, auditors and investors.Helps ensure alignment of loan origination systems to support lending activities and satisfy regulatory requirements.Maintains rapport with regulatory agencies/departments and personnel as needed.Generate, analyze and deliver internal and external compliance reporting.Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking best practices; participating in professional societies.What you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry.2-3 years of experience in a compliance capacity with a focus on real estate lending.Compliance certification preferred (i.E.

Certified Compliance Officer – NCCO, CUCE, CRCM), but not required.General understanding of federal and state regulations, rule and guidelines related to financial lending services and functions.Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).Experience using and/or managing SharePoint pages.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Regulatory compliance with emphasis on Fair Lending, AML/BSA and HMDA from a lending and servicing perspective.Research and reporting results.Ability to execute multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability.Proven project management, organization, prioritization and time management skills.Must be resourceful and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.Adaptability, flexibility, and integrity.What’s in it for you?We have a strong focus on going above and beyond when it comes to caring for our team members and our communities.
