This is a Full-time position in Atlanta, GA posted November 3, 2021.

Title: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Facilitator & Coach Reports to: CEO Employment Type: Direct Hire Salary: $75-80K (commensurate based on experience) ***Must be authorized to work in USA*** We are seeking a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Facilitator & Coach who will provide excellent and high-quality DEI-related workshops, 1:1 coaching, and group coaching, both virtual and in-person to our clients.

This includes conducting research, analyzing training needs, curating content, and delivering trainings across a variety of consulting engagements with clients spanning multiple industries.

The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Facilitator & Executive Coach will work with Principal Consultants, Analysts/Senior Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts.

Responsibilities: Review and analyze training needs and effectiveness of past programs Interview key stakeholders to elicit training requirements Identify learning objectives for trainings Design and facilitate employee workshops, focus groups, coaching sessions, and associated events using a variety of instructional design techniques Comfortable leading virtual and in-person group sessions, roundtables, 1 on 1 coaching, office hours, etc.

Create an engaging learning experience using case studies, examples, videos, pre-work assignments, and more activities related to DEI Build pre and post training assessments to track effectiveness Communicate and interface with clients in a timely manner to plan trainings and cascade results Advise and mentor executive leaders in their development in diversity, equity, and inclusion skills Manage scheduling and registration of attendees Ensure technology and tools are set up and utilized correctly Research and update training content with newest literature, ideas, news, and innovations Mentor and train other members of our client Support business development and sales activities for the practice Education: BA/BS degree in a related field preferred, but open depending on experience Certificate in coaching with a minimum of 3 years of leadership coaching experience MA/MS/MBA degree in a related field preferred Other Requirements: Exhibits passion for helping companies elevate their workforce in engagements related to organizational culture and DEI Takes initiative and ownership of work All utility player – must be willing to learn and be agile by taking on a wide variety of roles within DEI projects and client work Cross cultural competency with global DEI experience and perspectives outside the US preferred but not required Proficiency in other languages such as Spanish, German, French, and Mandarin Chinese preferred but not required Must have comfort in speaking to groups, take initiative, and lead a group positively Working Conditions: This position is remote.

Travel may be required for on-site client engagements.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract Pay: From $75-80K per year Job Requirements:Basic Qualifications: Experienced DEI facilitator in delivering workshops related to topics such as Unconscious Bias, Microaggressions, Allyship, Privilege, Racism, Inclusiveness for midsize and large corporations 2-5 years’ continuous experience in diversity/equity/inclusion programs, initiatives, and facilitating training a must 2-5 years’ professional, business, executive, or life coaching experience a must Strong executive presence with excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and growth mindset to effectively collaborate with senior level corporate leaders, managers, and junior employees Knowledge of using virtual meeting technologies (Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, etc.) Strong comfort in navigating workshop technologies (PowerPoint, Mural, Zoom Polls, Online Surveys, etc.)
